🛎 IMPORTANT UPDATE🛎We’ve been keeping an eye on the weather forecast this week, and while the wind is shaping up to be a bit of a Grinch, we’re turning that frown upside-down and decking the halls indoors instead! 🎁 With an amber weather warning for wind and gusts of up to 62mph expected, we’ve decided to bring our event indoors. This decision was made to keep our wonderful stall holders, performers, and visitors safe—because no one wants a frosty situation, right? We’re sure you’ll understand, and we’re excited to unwrap Plan B! 🎄 Like any good Christmas elves, we’ve been busy preparing a contingency plan over the past few months. Thanks to some holiday magic (and hard work), we’ve secured three cozy venues in close proximity: Rainford Village Hall, The Scout Hut, and The Guide Hut.And don’t worry—Father Christmas himself will be staying safe in an indoor grotto. After all, no one wants to risk Santa missing his chimney schedule this year! 🎅🎁 Just like the twinkling lights on a Christmas tree, everything will fall into place! Here’s what you can expect:🎄 Way finder signs and helpful volunteers will guide visitors between venues, keeping spirits high and sleigh bells ringing.🎵 Performers will bring festive tunes to the Village Hall, while merry Christmas music will jingle all the way to The Scout Hut and The Guide Hut.Stalls and festivities will be running from 10am - 4pm. Rainford Christmas Fayre is one of the biggest and brightest community events organised by Rainford Parish Council. With your help, we’re ready to sleigh this event, rain or shine! Thank you for being part of the magic. Thank you for your understanding, support, and enthusiasm. Let’s make this a fa-la-la-fantastic day for everyone involved! 🎅🎄✨
