Jack’s Tracks

Jacks Tracks

Jack is one of our office dogs, a Border Collie who was rescued as an abandoned puppy wandering down Jacksmere Lane in Scarisbrick – hence the name. With our help, Jack’s pulled together a list of his favourite walks for you and your friends to enjoy.

You can download the walks below in PDF format. Most of these walks are between 5-7 miles and are mostly within the confines of our magazine distribution areas of Central, West and South Lancashire, with particular emphasis on areas of outstanding natural beauty within easy reach such as the Sefton coastline, the West Pennine Moors and the Douglas Valley.

We’ll be updating the list each month, so do check back to this site when you are looking for inspiration. If you have a favourite walk that you’d like to share in Local Life, please email details to editorial@locallife247.co.uk.
