The ancient Chinese art of Qigong (Chi Kung) is an easy to learn system of energy enhancing exercises that co-ordinate movement with breathing. It is gentle and can reduce stress, increase energy and promote health and well-being.
First session free, then £4 afterwards or £3 for senior citizens.
